Since our founding, Reignite Hope for Women and Youth Uganda has worked tirelessly to empower women and youth with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to build better futures.

Behind every number is a life transformed. Here are just a few stories that reflect the impact of our work.
Ritah, a young single mother, struggled to provide for her children due to lack of skills and stable income. Through our Empower Her Program, she received training in tailoring and small business management.
Today, Ritah runs a successful sewing business in her community, producing school uniforms and training other women to become financially independent.

Abdul lost his parents at a young age and was forced to drop out of school. Through our Scholarship for Change Initiative, he returned to school and later joined vocational training in carpentry.
He now works in a local workshop and operates a side business, with dreams of employing other youth in the future.
“They believed in me when no one else did. Now I believe in myself.”
Hope, a passionate 19-year-old, dreamed of becoming a software developer but lacked access to computers. Through our Youth Skills for Tomorrow Program, she learned coding and digital skills.
Today, Hope is interning at an IT firm and mentoring other girls, proving that technology can open doors for the next generation.
